Hall Of Fame Ltd, a company specializing in sports, streetwear, and elevated athletic products, reached out to TheMadeGroup to execute retention methods through email marketing in order to boost brand loyalty.

The Strategy

Hall Of Fame established two new loyalty levels with purchase incentives to build brand loyalty. This helped the company attract new clients and motivate current rewards program participants to keep participating. Then, as a team, we worked to distinguish and creatively promote Hall Of Fame’s new and enhanced loyalty program across paid and organic media in order to boost sign-ups.

We differentiated our messaging based on definitions of engagement behaviors, created custom segments, and personalized the creative to promote and capture the attention of the customer. Each email being a touch point tailored to a particular demographic, we used this to personalize the experience and nurture both existing and new members in intentional ways.
